Distribution, reproduction, or sharing of course materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
Payment:
Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
FOND FRITES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to update course fees, and any changes will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Refer to the cancellation policy outlined separately for online and offline courses.
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made following the specified process and within the designated time frame.
Attendance (Offline Courses):
Attendees of offline courses are expected to be present for all scheduled sessions.
Missed sessions will not be refunded, and makeup sessions may be subject to additional fees.
Code of Conduct:
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the course without a refund.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property developed or shared during the course, including but not limited to code, projects, and methodologies, remains the property of FOND FRITES PRIVATE LIMITED
Participants may use course knowledge for personal or professional purposes but may not claim ownership of materials developed during the course.
Privacy Policy:
Participant information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Changes to Courses:
FOND FRITES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, or instructors when necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
Termination of Enrollment:
FOND FRITES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in disruptive behavior, with or without a refund.
